Schedule for April and May 2008

Well, spring is here and the warmer weather promises to be on the way (after a long winter, we hope so!). Why not add a personal safety and self defence readiness session to your spring or pre-summer agenda? A personal safety course is like boot camp for your mind and spirit, and it can help equip you with some physical and mental skills every woman should know. Below is our self defence clinic and workshop schedule for April and May. Please note that some of these clinics are private courses, while others are open for you to join.

All programs accepting general registration (that means you can sign up) are marked with a Join Us! icon . Click the Join Us! icon beside the workshop or clinic you are interested in to pre-register or request further information. Enrolment is limited in our workshops to ensure a great instructor-student ratio, so early registration is recommended. To arrange a private session for your group, contact us today!
